Are Nursing Home organizations improving processes or blaming individual CNA's for cases of neglect? In the area I live it seems the Nursing Homes are being investigated but the results are a CNA is fired for neglect. I don't see the organization working to improve their processes, updating equipment to make it safe, or providing quality education for their staff. Their hands on staff receive low wages and very little education. They have a high rate of staff turnover.
