My mother just died in Colonial Hills Nursing Home, in MaryVille, Tennessee. My sister has been her care giver for the past 5 years and has seen the abuse my mom has had in this nursing home. We just learned that the nursing home may be responsible for her death and the death of 7 or so others. This was really the final straw. We don't even know who to report all of this to. The nursing home shut down this week, but is planning to reopen in 6 months. We want someone to be informed about the abuse my mom had at the hands of these people.
